Took advantage of covid flight prices to book 1st class. Definitley ruined coach forever!
We spent the first fews days wondering around the capital city and exploring the eclectic neighborhoods.
As most of the city was destroyed in WWII, the architecture has a newer feeling but the history goes back centuries.
A quick train ride south had us in the medieval city center.
A morning bus ride took us a few hours outside Krakow.
We started at the infamous ARBEIT MACHT FREI (Work sets you free) gate.
From there we walked around the Auschwitz I camp.
An overnight train took us to Prague where we had a quick 2 days
to check out the city and celebrate our 3 year wedding anniversary.
Very sad to leave, but at least we got free drinks in 1st class!
